Primordial Sound Meditation is an ancient practice from India, revived by Dr. Deepak Chopra and Dr. David Simon, as a means to bring people back to their origin and open them up to the divine communication that is all around. Your mantra will be calculated based on your date, time and place of birth, and will be in accordance with where the moon was at the moment of your birth. This allows you to journey from activity into silence--into an experience of pure awareness. Experiencing the field of silence and infinite possibilities through meditation keeps you rooted in calm. When you come out of meditation, you bring a little of this silence and possibility into your daily life. This means that even amid the chaos, confusion, and change, you’re rooted in silence, stability, and calm.
